Hello! My name is Andreas. I am lucky to share the studio with 3 lovely people, Michiel, Annemiek and Sammie. I'm a graphic designer and I've been working in the fashion world for a number of years. In addition, I provide all clothing prints and graphics for a fashion label, for which I also did the entire redesign of the brand identity. In addition, I would like to get in touch with creatives and focus more on freelancing. A Lab seemed like a good opportunity! My name is Nathalie Nabarro Koene. My life's journey is to go from survival to happiness. I do this through my happiness lab. I work as a swimming coach, giving workshops such as laughter workshops and creative workshops. I've been writing feel-good books in French for three years. Actually, I'm working on my second one. Never too old to learn and try something out. I use one approach to everything I do, Positive Psychology. I strengthen your/my own happiness and well-being by focusing on strengths, cultivating positive emotions, fostering resilience, and building meaningful connections. I also take things seriously, but I don't take myself seriously (well, I don't want that either). I speak French as my mother tongue and Dutch, English and Spanish. See you at the Workhotel!
I would like to introduce myself as a new A Lab member!
I am Daphne Glasmacher, is in S12 and very happy with the new creative workplace at A Lab! What a place!!! Here is an introduction to me and my work. I am a graphic artist and I create 2D work and spatial installation with projections. My fascination with optical illusion and suggesting movement in collaboration with color, contrasts and geometric shapes is reflected in my work. My work can be admired at various exhibitions, events and art fairs. For now, I'm working on an installation at BIG ART in the Bijlmer Bajes and for the PAN-Amsterdam.
In addition to being an artist, I teach at the HVA in the international minor Immersive Environments and set up new immersive projects together with students from the Media College and various higher professional education courses. It might also be interesting to exchange things with other A Lab members in this area.
